    In Trauson, Your Supervisor will Make Periodical Evaluation on Your Performance.

    HR experts will have three-way career talks with employees, their immediate supervisors and program supervisors annually, firmly and deeply on how to help our employees gain more growth and development on their positions. Experienced supervisors and HR experts can help analyze employee’s present and future situation from different angles. The core topics of the talks regarding employees’ present and future development in Trauson include promotion opportunity, salary and coaching resources which are quite concerned about by all employees. Besides, employees are also welcome to express their suggestions and ideas on work improvement. We’re committed to helping employees recognize their career direction continuously and make their targets more clear and specified through such annual career planning and deep exchange of ideas.


    Likewise, you’re also allowed to put forward suggestions about your work to your supervisors. Even we have standard evaluation forms, the evaluation is usually conducted openly and face to face between you and your supervisors and the feedback on your work performance is given in an atmosphere of trust and respect. Your supervisors will give annual report on your work performance to HR Evaluation Team who will evaluate your performance systematically to decide your promotion or raise salary on your progress.
